Please note that business hours may change during peak times to meet coverage and business needs. **Work From Home Requirements** As a Seasonal Chat Support Representative, you'll need to meet the following work-from-home requirements: * **Dedicated Workspace**: A dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace. * **Computer Equipment**: A desktop or laptop (with the latest Operating System installed). No tablets or Chromebooks. * **Monitors**: 2 functional monitors (a laptop and a monitor or a desktop and 2 monitors). * **Cell Phone**: A cell phone with an active service with a cell phone provider, phone number, and a cell phone charger. * **Web Camera**: A web camera (an integrated web camera is permitted) and a cell phone headset with a microphone. * **Internet Connection**: A stable and reliable internet connection of 50Mps download speed and 5Mps upload speed (check your internet speed at speedtest.net).
