Job Overview
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide basic technical support via phone or chat, interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver a memorable and delightful experience. Please note that you may be placed in a class that is not chat-trained, depending on availability, and that none of our chat-trained roles are 100% chat, as they still have a phone support aspect. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working from home, with computer equipment provided, and enjoying a full-time schedule with the flexibility of a seasonal role and the opportunity to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic technical support via phone or chat to customers, ensuring a positive and resolution-focused experience
Deliver an exceptional support experience, interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
Provide a memorable and delightful experience, creating positive moments for our customers and our team
Be flexible to the needs of the business, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
Participate in hands-on, 100% paid training to develop your skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
To be at least 18 years of age
To be flexible to the needs of the business, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless), with a required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
A home office that is a noise/distraction-free environment, with a desk and an ergonomic chair
