**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Scheduling Chat Professional, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, technicians, and internal representatives through chat and email. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing prompt responses to all inquiries, and offering appropriate solutions via chat/email. Your ability to adapt to changing processes, work well in a team, and maintain a growth mindset will be essential in delivering outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.
* Provide prompt responses to all inquiries, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information.
* Offer appropriate solutions via chat/email, resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently.
* Document all interactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies.
* Stay up-to-date on all scheduling policies, ensuring that you're knowledgeable about our procedures and processes.
**Required Skills, Experience & Education**
* Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses.
* Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures, remaining flexible and open to new ideas.
* Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

**Available Shifts**
* Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday, Mondays required
* Rotating weekends
* 10:00 am-6:30pm MT
* 10:30am-7:00pm MT
* 11am-7:30pm MT
* 11:30am-8:00pm MT
* 12pm-8:30pm MT
