About the Role As a Scheduling and Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our virtual sales force, known as "Perceptionists." You'll serve as an extension of our clients' businesses, providing personalized support to their customers, and helping drive sales growth. This is a unique opportunity to work in a technology-rich environment, becoming an expert in multiple industries, and making a tangible impact on our clients' success. We're currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Position, which requires availability to work evenings and weekends. As a remote team member, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer. Please note that you'll need to have a reliable computer setup at the beginning of your employment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized and helpful interactions, fostering trust and confidence in our clients' businesses. Make a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your excellent communication skills. Utilize active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately. Proactively resolve customer needs, demonstrating a commitment to sales and customer service excellence. Pay attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work. Continuously improve your skills through practice, applying new knowledge and skills quickly. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting individual and team goals. Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate technical systems and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with customers. A results-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving sales and customer service targets. Office experience in industries such as Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, or Handyman is a plus, but not required.
