About the Role As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in SAP SD, with a minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on experience working with ECC 6 and exposure to S/4HANA. You will be responsible for identifying and sharpening business needs, providing knowledge of business processes, and helping to identify and understand relevant data to define how results should be evaluated. Key Responsibilities Facilitate business requirements gathering discussions and workshops to ensure clear understanding of project objectives Support the Business Partner in qualifying business requests for assigned services, creating detailed user stories, and functional specification documents Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, and developers to ensure seamless translation of business requirements into technical solutions Pre-qualify and prioritize change requests, escalating changes to the Project Manager and team as needed Liaise between users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution Create training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful project adoption Identify potential threats and inform concerned parties in a timely manner to mitigate risks Provide domain and business process knowledge in Order to Cash and Transportation & Logistics processes, supporting projects with SAP SD module expertise Offer guidance and support to development teams, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in SAP SD, with hands-on experience working with ECC 6 and exposure to S/4HANA Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to identify and understand relevant data Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to conduct workshops and training sessions Experience in creating detailed user stories and functional specification documents Strong collaboration and project management skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, with knowledge of its features and benefits Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approaches Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks Experience in providing training and support to end-users Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong SAP SD knowledge, with ability to apply it to real-world business problems Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions, with strong presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with self-motivation and discipline Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
