Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive application support, system diagnostics, and repair to ensure seamless operations
Understand established processes and standards, monitor task progress, and report status to team members
Maintain, enhance, and manage technical environments, including development, implementation, integration, and helpdesk services
Research problems, identify corrective measures, and drive quality improvements across projects and processes
Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver solutions, improve deliverable quality, and develop root cause summaries for integration-related incidents
Keep requirements, design, process, and technical documentation current and up-to-date

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Expertise in SAP FICO with at least one full-life cycle project
Application support experience and a proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to travel at least twice per year for company meetings and internal trainings
