Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. As a Project Manager, you'll serve as a coordinator and coach for our solutioning teams, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. Your responsibilities will include driving programs of strategic importance, planning and budgeting, conceptualizing and analyzing program needs, and building project timelines. You'll also be responsible for identifying stakeholders, analyzing customer expectations, and developing management strategies to engage collaborators in project decisions and execution. Key Responsibilities Drive programs of strategic importance, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery Plan, estimate, budget, and control costs to ensure project completion within approved budgets Conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate program needs, making recommendations with business justification Build project timelines, lead project aspects, and report progress within the project environment Identify stakeholders, analyze customer expectations, and develop management strategies to engage collaborators Coordinate and document discussions, tracking the status of capabilities as they flow through our intake and solutioning cycles Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 10+ years of total experience in the IT industry, with 3+ years in Salesforce project management (end-to-end project management) Ability to collaborate with customer executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs Hands-on experience with CRM software products and PM tools like JIRA/MS Project Any project management-related certification (PMI-ACP/PMP/Prince 2/PSM II, etc.) is an asset Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data cleansing, data manipulation) Nice to have Salesforce Certification In-depth Salesforce knowledge Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Agile-certified Scrum processes knowledge and experience with Scrum Master concepts Certification in either Agile Scrum Master (ASM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from an accredited Agile/Scrum organization Experience working with senior executives and demonstrating excellent soft skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Big-picture thinking, initiative, and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly and handle internal and external relationships Competence to work with senior executives and demonstrate excellent soft skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Concentrix, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
