As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in achieving our business objectives and contributing to the success of our clients. **Job Summary** As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and prospects, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote-based position, and you will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve your sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Participate in inbound and outbound calling efforts to create and qualify leads, direct sales and product introductions, and meet sales objectives * Make follow-up calls, track, and circle back to leads by phone or email * Build and maintain client relationships * Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, as set by our clients * Adhere to quality standards and pass all call monitoring reviews with a score of 98% or higher * Acquire new skills and hold a vast amount of knowledge * Ability to be prepared for various dialing efforts * Meet minimum dialing hour requirements per day, as set by the Activities Administrator **Key Qualifications** * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills * Be energetic and eager to work with people * Execute fast and accurate data entry and note-taking skills * Have proficiency with essential phone, computer, and web tools * Ability to learn, master, and communicate new associations, products, and services to clients * Comfortable making decisions throughout the shift * Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a completely remote job * Capable of focusing on standard business hour activities (9:00am - 5:00pm EST) * Familiarity with completely remote workplaces **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in call center, sales, or high-volume customer service environments, in a completely remote setting * Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply * Telecommute Requirements: + You will require a PC (MS Windows 10 or later), a headset with a receiver and noise-cancelling capabilities, and rapid internet connectivity.
