**Experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist – Social Media Chat Sales Representative**

Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and innovation. **The Role** As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you'll be working closely with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations with potential customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, speaking as them on their social media platforms. You'll be responsible for managing your own time and prioritizing tasks to achieve your sales targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Starting new conversations with potential customers (2 hours/day) * Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours/day) * Organic account growth and management (2 hours/day) * Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day) * Daily communication and management tasks (30 minutes/day) **Essential Qualifications** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) * Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience working from home or in sales * Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
