Job Overview In this role, you will be working directly with local businesses to understand their needs and aspirations, customizing each sale to help them manifest their goals. You will be responsible for promoting advertising space on blithequark to nearby companies, educating business owners about the cost of our advertising platform, and managing a pipeline of clients. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals, stay organized, and manage your time effectively. Key Responsibilities Train, strategize, and efficiently promote blithequark advertising programs via a high volume of outbound sales calls – this role is 100% phone-based Reach out to as many companies as possible, working one of the following schedules (in your local time): 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.; 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.; or 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Personally manage and maintain a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce) Become an expert in blithequark's advertising solutions, adapting product knowledge quickly to match customer needs, asking probing questions, and overcoming customer objections and rejection Achieve and consistently exceed month-to-month sales goals – strong work ethic and tenacity are key!
