**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Sales and Customer Support Representatives to join our in-house sales team and support our handyman business. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, and we're hiring team members to cover different time zones to ensure consistent customer support across all locations. As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for ensuring no call is missed, responding to all inquiries promptly and professionally, and converting leads into appointments or free quotes.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering all incoming calls promptly to ensure leads are captured and inquiries are handled professionally
* Following up with leads quickly to convert inquiries into appointments or free quotes
* Scheduling handyman service appointments and providing accurate details to customers and technicians
* Collecting payments from customers after services are successfully completed
* Tracking leads, appointments, and payments in the CRM system (Go High Level)
* Maintaining strong communication with the handyman team to ensure timely and successful job completion
* Providing regular updates to the franchise owner on lead conversion metrics and performance
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience in sales, lead follow-up, or appointment scheduling is a plus
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is a bonus)
