About the Role As a Sales And Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative of our compassionate mission. Working in a fully remote, shift-based environment (12 AM - 8 AM or 7 AM - 3 PM Manila Time), you will engage with families, explain our cremation services, and coordinate with various partners to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement: Respond to incoming calls from potential clients, clearly explain the cremation services we offer, and assist families in selecting the most appropriate service for their needs. Follow-Up Communication: Proactively follow up with leads via text and email to provide additional information and support, ensuring that families feel cared for throughout the decision-making process. CRM Management: Utilize our CRM and other digital tools to manage customer information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records, ensuring that our service delivery is personalized and efficient. Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear, compassionate, and professional answers to their questions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Operational Coordination: Coordinate effectively with crematory partners, transportation providers, and other vendors through various communication channels to ensure seamless service delivery. Additional Tasks: Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team's goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of blithequark. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will need: Sales and Support Experience: Previous experience in a sales or support role, particularly with a US-based team, is highly advantageous. Experience in handling both written work and phone calls is essential. Strong English Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills are required, with the ability to conduct phone calls in a neutral English accent. Multi-Tasking Ability: The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) is crucial. Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection (>30mbps) and a quiet working environment are mandatory to ensure effective remote work.
