**Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping floors
* Assisting with visual merchandising, including creating displays and arranging products in an attractive and appealing manner
* Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce shrinkage
* Maintaining knowledge of store policies and procedures, including those related to regulated products
* Assisting with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and rotating stock
* Providing support with photo services, including taking passport photos and printing posters
* Assisting with online orders and customer support, including answering questions and resolving issues
* Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, including interacting with coworkers and customers in a professional and courteous manner

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with customers and coworkers
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Prior experience with arenaflex or similar retail pharmacy chain
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and data entry software

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
