About the Role: Retail Resource Security Program Supervisor
We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our Retail Resource Security Program as a Supervisor. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of security protocols, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Your expertise in retail resource security, data analysis, and project management will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic plans to drive business growth, improve client experiences, and enhance security protocols
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store operations, corporate, and security, to resolve safety and security-related issues
Oversee the development and implementation of security protocols, procedures, and training programs
Manage and maintain confidential information, ensuring the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Develop and deliver reports to stakeholders, including store and field leadership teams, on security, risk, and stock accuracy
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail resource security or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as GBQ, Looker, and MS Office
Experience with inventory management, data analysis, and financial controls
Knowledge of access control systems and CCTV systems
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
