Job Summary

As a Creative in our Retail Customer Training team, you'll play a vital role in creating an engaging and inclusive environment for our customers. Key Responsibilities


Deliver engaging Today at arenaflex sessions to encourage strong customer participation and generate excitement, engagement, and enthusiasm among customers for arenaflex products and services.
Create interactive customer experiences that help others get the most from the arenaflex ecosystem, driving ownership by recommending solutions that meet customer needs.
Support customers in setting up their devices and demonstrate familiarity with internal support resources available to customers who want to expand their technical knowledge.
Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn, demonstrating arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.


Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:


Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
