**Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting every customer and teammate with a smile, and proactively approaching customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
* Serving as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management.
* Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions.
* Assisting the manager with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation standards; monitoring Front End associates to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
* Upholding company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
* Promoting and providing training to new and current teammates on company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
* Adhering to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintaining confidentiality of all Company information.
* Creating an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
* Taking an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
* Performing other tasks as assigned by management.

* Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
* Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
* Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a targeted pay range of $13.50 - $20.50 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and position offered.
