Job Summary As a Retail Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services that meet those needs. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients, driving retail sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Drive Retail Sales: Utilize your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service skills to expand blithequark's network and drive retail sales. Uncover Customer Needs: Create connections with customers, ask the right questions, and learn about their needs to provide personalized solutions. Position Product Insights: Share product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Close Sales: Use phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuous Development: Participate in ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory to continuously develop yourself. Refine Sales Skills: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services. Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive sales and growth. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, and technologies to provide customers with the best possible solutions. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Work Experience: One or more years of work experience in a related field. Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance). Flexibility: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods. Sales Experience: Experience working in a commission-based environment with demonstrated sales experience. Customer Service Experience: Experience providing exceptional customer service and finding solutions for customers. Preferred Qualifications Technical Skills: Familiarity with technology products and services. Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales and customer service. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
