Remote Sales Position - Join Our Team We're seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for helping families to join our team as remote sales representatives. Whether you're an entry-level or experienced professional, we have full-time and part-time career opportunities available. As a remote sales representative, you'll be working fully remote, with the autonomy to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. Key Responsibilities Call clients, qualify, and set up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom to help them apply for an insurance policy. Hold a Life insurance license or be willing to obtain one with help from Symmetry. Access to the internet and Zoom capabilities is required. This is a commission-based sales position, with a 5% raise in commission attainable every two months based on production. What We Offer At Workwarp, we provide our agents with the training, support, and mentorship they need to succeed. Our warm lead system ensures that you don't have to make cold calls, and our online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship programs help you develop your skills and knowledge. Competitive compensation package with average commission ranging from $500-$600 per application. Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week. Part-Time agents make approximately $30k-$60K+ in their first year. Full-Time agents make approximately $80K-$190K+ in their first year. Agency Owners (who have been working for a few years) generate a passive income of $200k-$500K + a year. Essential and Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates who share our core values and are self-motivated and driven. While prior sales experience is not necessary, having a Life insurance license or being willing to obtain one is a must.
