As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Your strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in driving success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional support to our clients' pharmacy operations, including processing prescriptions, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records * Utilize strong computer skills to navigate electronic health records, pharmacy software, and other relevant systems * Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of pharmacy operations * Work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and challenges * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of pharmacy operations * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism **Essential Qualifications:** * Registered Pharmacy Technician in Texas * National certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PCTB or RPhT) * At least 2 years of experience as a certified Pharmacy Technician in a retail, payor, or hospital setting * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records and pharmacy software * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of pharmacy operations * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with our team and clients **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a REMOTE or virtual pharmacy environment * Familiarity with pharmacy software and electronic health records * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records and pharmacy software * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of pharmacy operations * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with our team and clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At Actalent, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
