Job Overview In this critical role, you will utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy. Key Responsibilities Enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy using multiple systems Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation process, and provide order activity updates to Sales Support Manager or Supervisor Support and lead ad hoc projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels, preparing reports as requested and drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence Educate customers on blithequark products and services, responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources Complete special operational and client projects as assigned, acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a strong foundation in data entry, payroll, and Microsoft Excel.
