We are now seeking an experienced Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a 100% remote capacity, with a preference for candidates based in Arizona or the Central time zone. Job Overview In this critical role, you will utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will enable you to excel in this position. As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with our game-changing clients, further advancing your valuable experience in the industry. Key Responsibilities Enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy using multiple systems Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation process, and provide order activity updates to Sales Support Manager or Supervisor Support and lead ad hoc projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels, preparing reports as requested and drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence Educate customers on blithequark products and services, responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources Complete special operational and client projects as assigned, acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a strong foundation in data entry, payroll, and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have: A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility, with a background in payroll or commission a plus Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong experience in data entry Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong focus on quality and productivity Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the telecom industry or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing top-notch support Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
