Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Utilizing multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes, and providing order activity updates to the Sales Support Manager or Supervisor Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by arenaflex Sales Channels, preparing reports as requested, and drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence Responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources, as well as acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity, and completing special operational and client projects as assigned Educating customers on arenaflex products and services, and providing exceptional customer support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience 2-5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in data entry and payroll processing Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and performance standards Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a payroll or commission-based environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success and self-motivation Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines and performance standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
