The Role: Remote Part-time Therapist We're seeking experienced Therapists to join our team on a part-time basis, working evening hours between 4 pm and 9 pm, Monday through Friday. As a Remote Part-time Therapist, you'll have the flexibility to choose between 8 to 24 hours per week, with a balanced caseload and no exclusivity requirements. You'll be working with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based psychotherapy, and integrating technology into your practice to deliver data-driven care. Key Responsibilities: Work a part-time schedule ranging from 8-24 hours per week, with the expectation that 85% of your time is spent conducting therapy with clients Practice evidence-based psychotherapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI Thoughtfully integrate technology into your practice, provide data-driven care, evaluate response to ongoing treatment, and modify therapeutic approach accordingly Communicate with other mental health providers and provide referrals as needed Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and other documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state licensing regulations Adhere to policy, procedures, and professional code of ethics Essential Qualifications: Licensed in California with one of the following license types: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) At least two years of clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+) Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies Comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes At least 6 months experience providing teletherapy Knowledgeable of and maintain HIPAA standards of privacy and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse client populations Familiarity with electronic health records and other mental health software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $70/hr W2 employment with full malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage Balanced caseload with no penalties for cancellations Free CE credits through our monthly APA accredited courses Wellness and other community events with our clinical and HQ team One-on-one consultation as needed Group consultation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Two Chairs, we're committed to supporting our clinicians' growth and development.
