Key Responsibilities Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in our ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensure that customers receive timely updates and resolutions Email responses to customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions Work collaboratively with the Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple tickets, and meet productivity goals Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. While no prior experience is required, we prefer candidates with previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticket management or online customer service, particularly in a technology company or busy online retailer.
