We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Member Outreach Representative. As a key player in our White Glove outreach campaign, you'll be making a tangible difference in the lives of our high-risk members by providing personalized support and resolving their concerns. About the Role As a Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to our current members, conducting surveys, and recording their feedback. Your exceptional communication skills and empathetic approach will help us better understand our members' needs and provide targeted support. Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 100+ outbound calls per day to current members, conducting surveys and gathering feedback Assess member needs and offer help resolving issues related to access to care, care coordination, access to medication, and social determinants of health (SDoH) Provide personalized support to high-CAHPS risk members, identified using our Enterprise Analytics' V2 CAHPS Predictive Model Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring member satisfaction Necessary Experience and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: 1+ year of recent call center/customer support experience, preferably in a healthcare or outbound call center setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be clear, concise, and empathetic Proven reliability, good attendance, and a strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong computer literacy skills A dedicated quiet workspace with minimal distractions and high-speed internet (with the ability to hardwire if needed) A high school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a healthcare or customer support setting Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts Experience working with CRM software or other customer relationship management tools What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
