Job Overview We're looking for an experienced customer service professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and care to our members. As a Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be working on our White Glove outreach campaign, which is designed to provide personalized support to high-CAHPS risk members. Your primary focus will be on assessing members' needs, offering help in resolving issues related to access to care, care coordination, access to medication, and social determinants of health (SDoH). Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to current members, with a target of 100+ calls per day Conduct surveys and record members' feedback to improve our services and enhance their overall experience Assess members' needs and offer personalized support to resolve issues related to access to care, care coordination, access to medication, and social determinants of health (SDoH) Utilize your excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with our members, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience Work independently in a remote setting, with a dedicated quiet area and high-speed internet connection Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1 year of recent call center or customer support experience, with a focus on outbound calls Healthcare and/or outbound call center experience is highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and empathetically Proven reliability and good attendance, with a strong track record of meeting productivity and quality standards Technology skills, including computer literacy, Microsoft Word, and Excel High School Diploma or GED A dedicated quiet area, with high-speed internet connection and the ability to hardwire if needed Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly advantageous: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other call center technology Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse member populations Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with our members Strong active listening skills, with the ability to empathize and understand members' needs and concerns Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve issues and provide personalized support Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision and guidance Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
