Key Responsibilities
As a Non-Profit Donation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
Communicating with clients and donors via phone, email, and other channels to facilitate donations and support
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and donors
Working closely with our team to achieve donation goals and objectives
Utilizing your intermediate computer skills to navigate our systems and databases
Maintaining a quiet, professional background for calls and adhering to our high standards of professionalism
Requirements for Success
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 6 months of remote call center experience or 1 year in-office call center experience
Must be a US Resident
Must be at least 18 years old
Must use a Windows 10/11 PC
Able to type at least 40 words per minute
Intermediate computer skills
Able to pass a background check
Must be able to complete a voice assessment and a mock call
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly preferred:
Highly organized and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate PC proficiency
Reliable and dependable
Able to provide excellent customer service

Inbound phone work: $0.20 - $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project
Experienced agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute
