Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer support queries via live chat on blithequark's website and social media accounts, providing timely and effective solutions to customers. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide product information, answer questions about discounts, shipping rates, return policies, and product availability, and offer personalized support to customers. Work independently, managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and expectations. Closely follow provided steps and instructions, adhering to blithequark's customer support guidelines and protocols. Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality standards. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Remote Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will need: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Ability to work independently, managing multiple chat sessions and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs. 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules.
