Key Responsibilities As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Here are some of your key responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat on our platform, ensuring a friendly and efficient service experience. Issue Resolution: Analyze customer queries and issues, providing accurate solutions or guidance efficiently, while ensuring the optimal customer journey. Feedback Management: Collect, track, and report customer feedback and trends to upper management to assist in service improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including support, sales, and technical teams, to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Knowledge Maintenance: Keep up-to-date with product changes, policies, and procedural updates to provide accurate information to customers. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system to facilitate follow-up and issue tracking. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics set by the team lead or department head. Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and maintain a high level of expertise on products and services. Requirements To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll need: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or chat specialist role in a remote or virtual environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a relevant field is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in using live chat software, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with financial services is an asset.
