Essential Qualifications 1 year of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills , with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team , with strong self-motivation and time management skills. Proficiency in live chat software and technology , with experience in using similar tools. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills , with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and issues. High school diploma or equivalent required ; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
