Job Summary We're seeking an experienced remote live chat agent to and provide exceptional customer support to our clients. As a live chat agent, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers via live chat software, responding to their inquiries, and providing accurate and concise assistance.You'll also be expected to create relationships with new customers, promote interest in our clients' products and services, and consistently achieve established standards of the position.
