About the Role: Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative We're seeking an experienced Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within the company and develop a career in insurance. Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies, including policy coverage, billing, and modifications. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, navigating complex situations with limited information. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, active listening skills, and empathy. Work independently and as part of a team, managing emotions and showing resiliency during stressful situations. Take billing calls while waiting for licensing to be processed. Essential Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Professional customer service aptitude. Basic conflict resolution skills. Open availability during hours of operation. Reside in Utah to be considered for this role. Preferred Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
