Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders. You will receive, review, and process calls regarding customer insurance policies, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner.
