As a Travel Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our existing owners who are eager to plan their dream vacations. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, make travel recommendations, and book reservations that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls from existing owners to plan and book their vacations, including car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and activities.Act as a subject matter expert on customer service and travel accommodations, making personalized recommendations based on owners' interests and preferences. Utilize travel software programs and systems, such as Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan, with intermediate level proficiency. Build rapport with customers, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Intermediate computer proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively in a virtual environment.
