About the Role We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Remote Inbound Travel Representative to join our team. This is a fully virtual, work-from-home position available to candidates residing in Florida or South Carolina. As a Travel Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our existing owners who are eager to plan their dream vacations. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, make travel recommendations, and book reservations that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls from existing owners to plan and book their vacations, including car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, and activities. Act as a subject matter expert on customer service and travel accommodations, making personalized recommendations based on owners' interests and preferences. Utilize travel software programs and systems, such as Apollo, Sabre, or Worldspan, with intermediate level proficiency. Build rapport with customers, ask probing questions, and offer additional services to meet their travel needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Work effectively under pressure, multitasking and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Requirements for Success To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development. Six months of customer service and sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Six months of travel experience, preferred, to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the travel industry. Intermediate computer proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively in a virtual environment. A quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet (DSL or Cable) and a reliable computer with a working camera.
