Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with C-level Executives and People Teams to design, communicate, train, and implement Talent Development & Culture initiatives that drive organizational change.
Create Engaging Content or source external content from providers/vendors to support Talent Management and Culture initiatives.
Propose Innovative Methodologies to improve existing processes based on industry research and best practices.
Conduct Educational and Training Sessions across various business units to promote Talent Development & Culture initiatives.
Monitor and Track Success Metrics through annual employee engagement surveys to measure the effectiveness of employee programs.
Articulate Organizational Culture through effective storytelling and messaging that showcases company values and cultural norms.
Lead Culture Initiatives such as engagement activities, cultural calendar creation, employee recognition processes, and onboarding.
Develop and Implement DE&I Programming that enhances the employee experience and fosters a sense of belonging throughout their lifecycle within the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in Human Resources, preferably within a high-tech engineering environment.
Proven Expertise in Talent Management and Talent Development.
Demonstrable Experience in Diversity Management and implementing Culture Change initiatives.
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders.
Excellent Project Management Skills with a proven track record of managing HR projects.
Knowledge of Relevant HR Laws and Regulations.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
