Key Responsibilities Exceptional Customer Service: Extend a warm greeting to each customer, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing a positive experience for all guests. Administrative Tasks: Accurately record sales transactions, manage registrations, and efficiently handle payments, as well as perform routine administrative duties such as answering phone calls, filing, and updating program boards. Program Management: Enroll customers in various programs, including hockey leagues, and offer detailed information regarding facility options, entertainment, sports, and relevant rules and regulations. Facility Maintenance: Uphold a tidy and inviting environment for both guests and team members, and assist with the setup and takedown of on-ice partition boards, nets, and other essential equipment as required. Waiver Management: Ensure all participants in public programs complete the necessary online waivers. Required Skills Customer Service Aptitude: Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist others and provide a positive experience for all guests. Teamwork and Flexibility: Dependable team player who maintains a positive demeanor and is willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Communication and Literacy: Competence in reading and interpreting written instructions, as well as effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members. First Aid Certification: First aid certification is advantageous, but not required. Qualifications Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
