Create and maintain a professional, supportive, and inclusive online classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and motivation. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students, helping them achieve their educational goals and develop a love for learning. Maintain a reliable schedule, ensuring availability for classes during peak hours (Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Singapore Time), with the option to take on additional weekend sessions. Essential Qualifications and Skills Academic Background and Teaching Credentials A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational principles and practices. A valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification issued by a recognized local authority or teacher association, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the profession. Teaching Experience and Competencies A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in local or international school settings, including overseas experience, highlighting your ability to adapt to different educational contexts.
