As a Remote Entry Level Collector, you will play a critical role in our company's success by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting owners with their accounts, and maintaining accurate records. About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Entry Level Collector to join our team. As a Remote Entry Level Collector, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting owners with their accounts, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for performing all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations, maintaining required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities * Perform all collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) * Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators * Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received * Maintain detailed and organized support documentation related to the handling of any owner account * Request skip tracing as necessary * Assist all members of collections staff with daily processes and procedures when required Requirements * High School/GED * 1 year of experience in a related area * Excellent communications skills * Must meet federal and state licensure requirements * Flexible Schedule: Monday-Saturday from 8am to 11pm Preferred Qualifications * Over 2 years of related experience * 3rd Party collection experience * Skip tracing experience * Timeshare Industry experience About Our Company Culture At Workwarp, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
