As a remote team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data into our operating system, while providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Job Overview This part-time, entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. As a Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for working 15-20 hours per week, with hours falling between Monday and Friday, 8AM-5PM. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely data entry, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and personal qualities that align with our company culture and values.
