You will work in a fully remote setting, with flexible shift hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM PST. **Key Responsibilities**
* Data capture and correction, ensuring accuracy in all keying programs.
* Meet established production and quality standards.
* Maintain impeccable attendance, adhering to arenaflex policy.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' business and industry dynamics, applying this knowledge to ensure best practice procedures and continuous process improvement.
* Identify issues, review procedures, and recommend and implement modifications as necessary to enhance the efficiency of transaction processing.
* Handle company confidential data in strict adherence to policy and guidelines.
* Be prepared for occasional overtime, as required.
* Be available to work arenaflex Holidays and Saturdays.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* Excellent typing skills, with the ability to pass the 10-key test by keying 9,000 kph with limited errors.
* Experience working with business solutions software.
* Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet).
