Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management


Accurately input, update, and maintain data in designated databases and enterprise systems with meticulous attention to detail
Ensure data integrity by implementing quality control measures and adhering to established data entry standards and protocols
Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors, implementing corrective actions as needed
Organize and categorize data efficiently to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility for team members across the organization
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, following all data protection guidelines and best practices
Stay current with data entry tools and technologies to maximize efficiency and accuracy in all tasks


Virtual Assistance & Administrative Support


Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Manage email communication professionally, responding to inquiries promptly and maintaining clear, concise correspondence
Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring critical deadlines are met with efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations and support project initiatives

Documentation & Reporting

Essential Qualifications


Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles is required. Familiarity with fast-paced environments and the ability to handle multiple priorities is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications and data management tools is highly valued.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
