Assist pharmacists with scheduling and maintaining workflow, ensuring seamless pharmacy operations
Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, processing manual claims, and maintaining inventory
Develop strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
6 months of experience in a retail environment
Previous experience working with Walgreens or in a pharmacy setting
Desirable math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of store inventory control and management
