Job Overview This is a full-remote opportunity, available to candidates based in the United States, Arizona (USA). As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, earning a competitive hourly wage of $25 per hour. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our field care teams, reviewing medical records for accuracy and completeness, and coordinating medical record transmission with provider offices, health system partners, and other clinical entities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct data entry tasks from various sources into our database systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the entered data. Review and verify information to uphold confidentiality and security standards for sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality, participating in data cleanup and validation activities. Utilize standard classification systems to code clinical data, as required. Develop and maintain strong organizational and time management skills, working independently and as part of a remote team. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors, with proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with respect for confidentiality and data security. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and standard classification systems. Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA).
