Job Overview We are seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist to join our team as an Information Management Expert. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will work from the comfort of your own home and contribute to the success of one of the world's largest retailers. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, gathering, and processing data from various systems, creating dashboards to support risk assessment and compliance, and applying analytical expertise to evaluate risk and provide insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Identify and gather data to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and risk assessment goals, compliance requirements, and scenario recall sites Process data from various systems throughout our US and global operations, creating dashboards to help stakeholders scope risk and assess the maturity of related controls Apply analytical expertise to evaluate risk, drawing insights and relationships from data and communicating findings to compliance experts, lawyers, and business leaders Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis, soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk assessment processes Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Deep SQL skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Big Query, PowerApps, and Dataiku Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk assessment matters Ability to create meaningful visualizations and use data to "tell a story" Programming skills in R or Python Strong verbal and written communication skills A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new things Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Familiarity with data management and analytics tools Knowledge of risk assessment and compliance frameworks Certifications in data analysis, risk management, or related fields Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
