Key Responsibilities: Provide critical support for individual members in enrollment and membership maintenance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Navigate multiple programs and systems to perform multi-step tasks, including adding dependents, updating coverage, calculating premiums, and adding additional insurance coverage. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues, such as interpreting applications, uploading correct information, and addressing terminations, newborn adds, and name & DOB mismatches. Work independently in a virtual environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Accept constructive criticism and continuously improve skills and performance. Essential Qualifications: Proficient computer skills, including typing at a minimum of 40 wpm. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step directions. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Comfortable with remote computer learning and working from home (WFH) experience is preferred. Ability to learn easily in a team environment and accept constructive criticism. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare, specifically billing and enrollment. QNXT experience, as it is our primary system for processing claims and data entry.
