Key Responsibilities Accurate and Efficient Data Entry : Perform high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and speed, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. Sorting and Organizing Information : Sort and organize information to ensure that data is easily accessible and usable by other teams. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and communicate effectively to resolve any issues or concerns. Quality Standards and Timelines : Adhere to quality standards and timelines, ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed to a high standard and within designated deadlines. Essential Qualifications No Prior Experience Required : This is an entry-level position, and we're open to candidates with little to no prior experience in data entry. Basic Computer Skills : Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Strong Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to focus on tasks for extended periods. Excellent Organizational and Time-Management Abilities : Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Prior Data Entry Experience : Previous experience in data entry or a related field is an asset. Typing Speed and Accuracy : High typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to type at least 60 words per minute. Familiarity with Logistics and E-commerce Operations : Familiarity with logistics and e-commerce operations, including knowledge of shipping and handling procedures.
