About the Role: Remote Data Entry Specialist for Provider Data Management We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our data management team, you will provide operational support and maintain high-quality data for basic to complex data transactions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our members receive accurate and reliable Provider data, driving our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and transact data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data, meeting their needs and expectations. Clean up and maintain data for basic to complex data transactions, identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Work with multiple databases, ensuring data consistency and adherence to data management best practices. Prioritize work effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Qualifications: A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases, with a proven track record of data management excellence. More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance and provider data service, with a deep understanding of data management principles. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive data management efficiency. Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines. Successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking. Preferred Qualifications: At least one year of experience with EPDB or Provider Data, with a strong understanding of provider data management systems and processes. Associate's degree or comparable work experience, with a strong foundation in data management principles and practices.
