Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

Review and File Legal Documents: Utilize internal systems and email to review and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Ongoing Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
Investigate Discrepancies: Identify and investigate discrepancies as they arise, escalating issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
Additional Projects: Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

No Experience Necessary: We welcome applications from individuals with little or no experience in data entry, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills.
High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is essential, as you will be working with sensitive and complex legal documents.
Team Player: A desire and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and contributing to our shared goals.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required, with a typing speed of 40-50 words per minute.
