You should also have experience in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of experience delivering data solutions, including directly leading engineering resources and studios Experience in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions Strong data modeling design and documentation skills, following the full delivery lifecycle of business engagement through to feasible, legal, and physical data design and project delivery Deep technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK) Experience with streaming data processing concepts, including batch and real-time in-the-moment insight creation and distribution Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including Chiefs Build serious areas of strength in best practices and standards in data and engineering Deep technical expertise on data engineering delivery practices, able to address skills and processes to different levels of the organization Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree and/or equivalent work experience Additional experience in data management and analysis, with a focus on financial products or solutions Education A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required for this role. A graduate degree and/or equivalent work experience is preferred. Compensation and Benefits The base compensation for this role will be determined based on internal equity and may vary depending on the applicant's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and experience, among other factors.
