Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development of revolutionary and impactful strategies through strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit and fraud risk control excellence
Supporting the Enterprise Data Strategy across the customer lifecycle via dependent and risk-based total principles
Analyzing present and new data assets to identify opportunities that will optimize our data solutions and address business needs
Reviewing and monitoring data quality, coverage, and freshness
Collaborating with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data exchange processes
Closely partnering with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
Supporting the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed
Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple past functional partners
Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations
Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with big data and cloud environments
Experience in a financial services company in a data or analytics function
Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data assets preferred
Master's Degree or higher required, with a focus on a quantitative discipline preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid environments
