* Compiling reports and importing information by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources
* Organizing, maintaining, and coordinating files and records

* Ensuring and measuring the integrity of master data
* Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and complying with data privacy policies
* Conducting regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
* Identifying and correcting errors in data entries
* Ensuring secure storage and disposal of confidential data
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Data Entry: Enter and retrieve data from multiple systems and resources to compile reports and import information
* File Management: Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
* Collaboration: Work with internal users and external resources to address business objectives and issues
* Data Integrity: Ensure and measure the integrity of master data to maintain accuracy and consistency
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies
* Data Audits: Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors in data entries
* Secure Storage: Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential data
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience working in data entry
* Working experience with homeless families or individual population is a plus
* Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel
* Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a computer-based work environment
* Knowledge of data management software and systems
* Certification in data entry or a related field
